    Indicators missing

    I had to uninstall Ninja7 because it kept crashing on me. I downloded it again with my same lic. key and now there are 1/3 of the number of indicator that I used available. Some are prop. and some are as simple as moving averages. On my previous ninja charts, I had the ability to see Hull MA's (HMA) and Weighted MA's (WMA) they are not available on the new ninja charts now and I am wondering why they would just disapear. They are not prop. indicators and you had them on the previous version. Thanks in advance. G-

        Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with 'ATTN: Kyle' in the subject line.

        In the message, please include the following:

        1.) A link to this forum thread.

        2.) Your most current trace file.
        You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
        Today's trace file will be named 'trace.20100907.txt'.

          Thank you, I will do that. But here is the problem..I have developed a trading system that was suppose to go live Wednesday (e-book and vidoes) using specific indicators that have always been in your indicator box. Is everyone going to have this same problem? I did a video demo on how to set up the charts with ninja and I willhave to redo the entire thing if specific indicators are not going to be available to anyone using ninja charts..weighted ma and hull ma's it what the system is based off of. Thanks again for the reply

            To be clear, what you're seeing is not expected behavior. Further investigation is required in order to determine why this has occurred on your PC.

                Welkl I sent the info to the e-mail you sent me..and it has been almost 3 days with no indicators on my charts and no reply back. Can someone please help me out here. How can one trade when not having any indicators to look at?
