I am having issues almost every morning when I start NT. I usually have 3 to 4 charts open with chart trader active. ES, ER, NQ, 6E. Thats all I typically use on a daily basis. At the end of the trading session I exit out of NT and reboot my pc. The following morning I start up NT and all my charts load but I notice the charts are not all updating. I do not see the bid ask displayed in the chart trader portion of the chart. I use Pats and esignal in that order. I then I have to delete all my charts and open then up again one by one which gets very tedious. Oot of my 4 charts , 2 maybe have the bid ask showing and the other 2 are blank, in other words, where the bid ask should be displayed on the chart trader right below the ATM strategysection is missing. Thanks for you help.

Hello,
When you open NinjaTrader tomorrow and connect to your data feed, ensure that the charts that are not updating have a last date set to todays date.
You can check this by right clicking in the Chart -> Format Data Series adn ensure the Last Date is set to todays date.

Chris,
I followed yoor advice and I am still experiencing the same problem. I launched NT this morning,(latest version) and my three charts automatically loaded. ER, NQ and ES. The ER chart was not showing a bid ask in the chart trader. It did show todays date in the Last date section. I closed out the ER chart and opened a new one and that did not work. I had to close out all three charts and exit NT, relaunch NT. Now all three charts are updating. This is frustrating.

1) Who is your Data Feed?
2) What Version of NinjaTrader are you running?
3) Are you using any third party indicators? If so, who is the provider?
4) Do you use the Market Replay function?
5) What are your PC Specs?

Hello Harry,
Please shut down NinjaTrader and delete all Chart Templates from the My Documents\NinjaTrader 6\templates folder.
Now open NinjaTrader connect to your data feed and pull up a chart. Does it work?
