For five days no response from Team Ninja Trader

I'm waiting for a week on any response from the company.

I have purchased a license for days by Paypal, and have received no response.

Four times I tried to contact several ways. (Email support, website support).

I have only received confirmations of a paypal payment.

Does anyone have any advice?

Make sure the domain name NinjaTrader.com is granted access to send you emails. It could be a setting in your firewall which you need to check.

We have replied to the inquiries you sent. I replied earlier to a note this morning.
