i actually just connected when i was writing this message

but i lost connection twice for about 10 minutes each time.

is there going to be a problem today continously?

I am just losing connection ever once in a while for 1-5 mins

I am still not sure if it's zen fire or my connection because Transact is working the whole time ninja conection is lost.

I have been testing this since your initial post and have not been disconnected.

I'm having problems with Zen right now...I can connect seemingly without problems, but once connected, I get no bid/ask data, and charts don't update. Basically NT is telling me I'm connected, but I don't seem to be connected. Nothing unusual shows in the log.

Zen Data Today...

Zen has been erratic since 08:47:30am PDT...a number of gaps (4) in seconds charts for 1 to 2 minutes each....while another programs data stream has come in OK for me ....now no gaps last 5 minutes at 9:15am...

update....now another 1 minute gap at 09:15:11am PDT....

Zen-Fire is experiencing issues with internet connectivity and is currently working with the service providers to resolve the issue.
