    Charts Stop Loading?

    Hi,

    I use NT live, the latest install with IB as my feed and broker account. Today some charts stopped loading... The first 2 charts I have open load fine but the third or more charts just stop loading any new bars after 1 minute... I have to refresh the chart and then after 1 minute it does not move again anymore.

    It did this on the previous install, then I downloaded and installed .17 (new NT release) and did a database repair and it still will not load charts with live data...

    Hi tshirtdeal,

    Thank you for your post.

    If you go to File-->Workspaces-->Close can you please shut down your current open workspace.

    Then when you have only the Default workspace open, and no charts please create new charts so that you can duplicate it within a new workspace.

    I am curious to know if this issue persists within a new workspace.

      Okay,

      so u want me to open new charts in default and then save them as another workspace, open them in the new workspace and see if the problem still happens?

        Hi tshirtdeal,

        You do not need to save the new workspace when testing, but if the workspace functions then I would recommend saving it, and then using that one.

          I tried it, I did save the workspace but the problem was still present...

            Can you please send an email to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and include your log and trace files.

            I will use those diagnostic files for review of a precise cause.

            Trace files will be located by going to My Documents->NinjaTrader 6.5->Trace-> trace.2010xxxx.txt
            Log files will be located by going to My Documents->NinjaTrader 6.5->Log->log.2010xxxx.txt

            Please reference this thread, and put ATTN RyanO.
