    Unable to connect to ZenFire

    Hello,

    I'm trying to connect my platform to ZenFire Data Feed but it is unable to connect...
    I receive the following message : Error (10004) : unable to connect

    Is it on my hand or it is ZenFire's problem ?

      Hello,

      Thank you for your posts.

      Zen-Fire is experiencing issues with internet connectivity and is currently working with the service providers to resolve the issue.


      No ETA has been provided as of yet.

        Zen-Fire reports that this issue is resolved as of 11:45 AM CDT. If you continue to experience issues, please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com reporting those issues.

          Hi i'm having a sort of similar problem. I was having trouble connecting to Zenfire last week. I had full data coming thru until the 22nd on YM, ZN,ZB but not on QM which stopped on the 21st. Then from the 23rd onwards only data i was receiving was the YM. Today after finally being able to connect to Zenfire (even though the connection keeps coming and going every 10 minutes or so) I am only receiving current day data for ZN, ZB and YM and nothing on the QM 10-10. Also there is no data showing from Sept 9th to the 28th even though NT was showing Data thru to the 22nd/23rd as mentioned above. Any idea on whats going on and how i can get my missing data?

            Djinn,

            This would not be related to the Zen-Fire outage that occurred on the 20th.

            Please open a new workspace (File > Workspaces > New Workspace), then add your charts there within.

            In the new workspace, do you charts load fully?

              I tried opening a new work space and opening a new chart and am only getting current data. I get an error msg : Error on loading ZB 12-10 Globex; Connection to Data Swerver is Busy or not available right now. Please try again later. Same thing happens with all other instruments i try and load

                Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with 'ATTN: Kyle' in the subject line.

                In the message, please include the following:
                1.) A link to this forum thread.

                2.) Your most current trace file.
                You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 6.5 (or 7) > Trace folder.
                Today's trace file would be named 'trace.20100927.txt'.
