CL and TF loading chart data ok, but loading YM and NQ = Error.

minute charts loading ok, but Range and Tick not.

Hello,

How many days back of tick data are you requesting? This is found by right clicking on the tick chart and select data series and letting me know what you have set for Days Back or Bars Back.

I have exact same problem...tick and range not working on PFGBest....min ok
NT7.0.1000.2
Had 6 forex pair charts working fine this AM....last 2 hours tick and range charts are garbage
Many calls to PFG...still problem after reset DB, rest instruments, rename DB and restart NT...still junk
only asking for 4 days of 4 range data in 6 diff instr

Anyone find a solution for this?

Thanks for contacting us with this.

Repairing/renaming the database won't have any effect as that is not where historical data is stored. Please delete your historical data via the Historical Data Manager, then reload and tell me what your results are.

excellent...in 3 years I have never used Historical Data Manager....that did the trick...

did delete of data for problem charts...did reload and no problem

ps...I called PFG and gave them the solution...so hopefully will save some frustration in the future for others
