Ninjatrader hangs on virtualbox + xp

Hi, I installed NT on virtualbox + xp and works for first time, charts and all of it.
Rebooting I try to run it again and NT shows only the loading window and hide, only I can see it running in the windows applications window (ctrl+alt+del). When click in NT icon shows that it's already running. Last time I needed to uninstall, remove all directories and install it again to work, but only for the first time again. It's nothing with connection because other soft works normally. Java and .net 3.5 is updated.

You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
Today's trace file would be named 'trace.20100922.txt'.
