    Need help connecting w/Zen Fire

    Im a first time user and cant connect please help I have tried everything.

    Got the lisence key, that works.
    I made a connection but when I try to connect to Zen Fire it says:PLEASE CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT PARAMETERS AND INTERNET CONNECTION(LOGIN FAILED)

    My internet connection is good. My computer has the right specs.My account is good and ready to go.

    What am I doing wrong? Please help....

    Welcome to our forums - if you're connecting to a demo account for testing, please ensure with your broker who issued this that the login is not expired. In any case please also doublecheck the entered username and password - we advise to enter this manually to avoid extra characters slipping in accidentially.

      its not a demo account. The log in name and PW were given ro me yesterday. I dont know what Im doing wrong and why I cant log in.

        Ok, did you check the spelling to ensure it's 100% correct?

          the spelling is 100% correct.

          Now I am getting a message unable to log in 10004

            This indicates an issue reaching the servers properly, please lower your firewall rules or disable it completely for a test, restart NinjaTrader then fresh and retry.

              firewall is disabled. Now I am getting a message LOG IN FAILED 10001

              also when I try to log in to NT in the upper left hand corner it says CONTROL CENTER DEFAULT. Is that what it is sopposed to read?

                Yes, that means you're working in the 'default' workspace, this is ok.

                How do you connect to the Internet?

                Please try it with the PC directly connected to the modem and not using any router in between.

                  I still havent connected. I am currently downloading another version.

                  Maybe the problem wasnt me but something w/Zen Fire. I saw in another thread there was a problem on the 20th, 3 days ago.

                  Not a very encouraging sign. I cant have my system go down/not connect.

                  If this doesnt work I will explore other trading options.
