    Problem with AUDNZD

    Hello,

    I am using Gain as my connection.
    When connecting to GBPJPY and others, I have no problems with Ninjatrader.

    When creating a chart for AUDNZD, Ninjatrader freezes. The price does not update, even in 1 minute charts it lays dead. I watched for over 10 minutes while the chart times were not updated, and the price stayed at one place.

    Then I clicked 'reload historical data', the chart showed me what I missed in the last 10 minutes.

    Also, runnind a strategy did *nothing*. Even with one lot bought, the control center stretegies tab showed 1 lot bought and the unrealized and realised profit/loss remained $0.00 in 10 minutes.


    Should I connect differenly to Gain to get this currency pair to chart properly ?

    Hello Faspomy,

    Can you please restart NinjaTrader and check if the issue persists. When I test the AUDNZD using the Gain demo connection, data is plotted as expected in a chart.

    Do you receive updated real-time data if you select the AUDNZD in the Control Center-->Orders-tab?

    Please check if your PC clock runs properly and if it is set to the correct date. If you need to make any modifications, please ensure NinjaTrader is closed. Real-time data is time stamped as per your local PC clock with Gain.

      thank you.

      I restarted the computer, restarted Ninja, and reconnected to Gain. GBPJPY charts as expected-- the price fluctuates and the time updates.

      AUDNZD just lays still. The price does not change, and the time is not updated.

      In the orders tab; bid, ask, last, open, high, and low prices all say 'n/a'.

      The date/time on this computer is correct.

        Hello Faspomy,

        Can you please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Misc-tab and click Reset Instruments.

        Restart NinjaTrader and check if you receive data for the AUDNZD.

        If not, could you please contact Gain and check if your Gain account includes the AUDNZD.

          Thank you Jason.

          Tried the 'reset' and it still did not work.
          I have emailed GAIN to check the status of this currency pair.
