Missing Chart data in afterhours sessions in NTv7

Hello, maybe this has been addressed before but I cannot find it in the forums. I'm having an issue with data NOT being printed to the chart during after hours trading. Instead of candle stick bars like the rest of the chart, I just have nothing from 21:28pm to 0:00am the next day, I also seem to be missing data from 17:29pm to 18:01pm. This happens on ALL days going back as far as the chart is set to go, but the times change as to when the data is missing, sometime it starts at 16:15pm and I get nothing on the chart until 23:55, it is simply random and all my moving avgs get screwed up. I CANNOT trade or trust NinjaTrader until I have complete chart data and this issue is fixed.

I don't seem to have anything missing during normal trading hours or when I use the CME US Index Futures RTH template, so the problem is definitely going on after hours.

I have all times set to East Coast time. and my computer clock is synced with internet time as well.

I have the chart set on the CME US Index Futures ETH template with the following times set:

    Start Sunday: 6pm - END Monday 4:15pm
    Start Monday: 4:30pm - END Tuesday 4:15pm
    Start Tuesday: 4:30pm - END Wednesday 4:15pm
    Start Wednesday: 4:30pm - END Thursday 4:15pm
    Start Thursday: 4:30pm - END Friday 4:15pm

I have also tried the 24/7 template with all times set to:

    Start Sunday: 12am - END Monday 12am
    Start Monday: 12am - END Tuesday 12am
    Start Tuesday: 12am - END Wednesday 12am
    Start Wednesday: 12am - END Thursday 12am
    Start Thursday: 12am - END Friday 12am

Also when I scroll over the portions of missing data with the cursor, the cursor window displays the value of the data for that bar, but the actual bar on the chart is NOT there. Weird.

Help please, I do not trust my charts. I'm currently using my Esignal data feed.

    Thanks in Advance.

    Hello BrianL,

Thanks for the report. I'm not seeing the same thing with our eSignal connection. NinjaTrader only reports the data that is received by the eSignal connection. Have you done any custom mapping for ES with esignal?

I would evaluate this with a new workspace and new chart, without any indicators applied.

File > Workspace > new Workspace
    File > Chart > New > Chart

Once the chart has been loaded: Right Click > Reload Historical data.

Let us know if there is any improvement.

      Thanks RyanM...

I figured out why some of the data was not showing us as it had to do with the scaling of one of my indicators. However, the gap of missing data between 17:30pm and 18:00pm is still there and that is a full 30mins of data missing. That period of data is missing for everyday going back. I've attached a new chart with no indicators, on a new Workspace as you said, and the time template is still the CME US Index Futures ETH template with the following times set:

      Start Sunday: 6pm - END Monday 4:14pm
      Start Monday: 4:30pm - END Tuesday 4:14pm
      Start Tuesday: 4:30pm - END Wednesday 4:14pm
      Start Wednesday: 4:30pm - END Thursday 4:14pm
      Start Thursday: 4:30pm - END Friday 4:14pm

I stretched out the chart so you can see 2-3 days worth of data and where the gaps were. Problem is still persistent.

        Hi Brian,

        I believe that's expected:

        MON-THURS: 5:00 p.m.-3:15 p.m. & 3:30 p.m.-4:30 p.m.
        (Daily maintenance shutdown 4:30 p.m.-5:00 p.m.)
        SUN: 5:00 p.m.-3:15 p.m.

You can set equidistant bar spacing to true and you won't see a visual gap here. Right click on chart > Properties > Set Equidistant bar spacing to true

Perfect! I guess this was automatic in Esignal. Thank You.

...Actually I have noticed that when using 2 data sets on the same Chart the Properties -->Equidistant Bar Spacing is greyed out and forced to False even if they are the same time frame but just different symbols. Is there a way to Equidistant Bar Spacing = True for multiple Data Series Charts?
