Yes, you can run multiple ATM strategies at the same time on the same instrument. This is one of the pioneering features introduced by NinjaTrader since its inception.

Actually, i mean a automated trading system that is written with C# that could run in Sim mode ( i realize about the broker orders wont be sent as its sim mode).

My definition of an ATS may be different than your so for the sake of clarification, lets use the term NinjaScript strategy which is based in C#.

- You can have a strategy that runs trades against multiple markets but you can not have this single strategy instance be both long and short in the same market at the same time.

- You can have a multiple strategies running at the same time trading against the same market where one strategy is long, the other is short resulting in a net flat position in your account.
