IB connect option missing

    IB connect option missing

    I got a trial of NT to use it with my IB account... IB connect option missing in the dropdown menu ..Any ideas?

    Thank you for your post.

    If you are using the free NinjaTrader simulation license key then you would have access to all brokerage connection technologies. If you are not seeing all options in the drop-down menu then it indicates that the connection is not being made to the NinjaTrader license servers.

    The most common reason is that a firewall on your PC or on the network your computer is on is preventing NinjaTrader from accessing our license servers. To test this, please disable all firewalls and then restart NinjaTrader and see if it works. If yes, you just need to add ninjatrader.com to the exception list (safe list) for your firewall software
