Make font smaller on candle-stick pattern descriptions

Hi, I added candle-stick patterns to my charts. Now, everywhere Doji appears-it says Doji in big Arial font. I would like to either remove description alltogether or make it much smaller.

How can I do it universally for all candlestick patterns? So far, I only found how to change it one by one, but I am not going to manually make font smaller. Also, is there a way to make candelstick pattern descriptions smaller by default?

Thank you for your post.

To edit the font size universally it would need to take place at the script level. You will want to adjust the parameter for “textFont” within the Candlestick Pattern indicator.

You can access the script by going to Tools > Edit NinjaScript > Indicator… and then select CandlestickPattern.

Thanks, I tried. I get an error message "Changes will be lost since you can't configure a system indicator".

Thanks, I just did. I created a new one, however, it is not visible when I click on Indicators. It is however, saved properly and I can edit it.

Were you able to successfully compile this indicator? Were there any error messages received?

No, I re-saved as a new one when I opened the existing one. I did not re-do it from scratch. Just re-saved and then changed font size and saved. No error messages.indicator is visible in the list of indicators when you click "edit" but not when you try to open it through "indicator" button.

Can you please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Edit NinjaScript-->Indicator and double click any indicator to open its code window. Right click in the window and select 'Compile'. All NinjaScript files will now be compiled. Do you experience any errors or did all files compile successful?

If all files compiled successful, please check if you see the indicator in the Indicator menu.

If not, please tell me what compilation errors you experience or post a screenshot.

The error here originates with the 'CandleStickPattern' indicator listed in the left most column of the error reporting window.

Clearing the conflict should be as easy as uninstalling, then reinstalling this indicator. As the indicator is third-party, we'd suggest following up with the third-party to request instructions to uninstall/reinstall.

Hi, the indicator was Ninja indicator. All I did was changed the font and re-saved. What do you mean 3rd party? The CandleStickPattern indicator is the original NInja Indicator.

Did your modification save as a separate file (another instance of the same indicator)?

I saved it as another indicator. Gave it a new name CandleStickPatternSmall. Inside I only changed font and tried to compile but got an error.
