    Hello,

Thank you for your forum post.

Can you please send a note to support at ninjatrader dot com and reference this forum post and put ATTN: Brett in the subject line so that we may further look into this as we will need to test your IQFeed account on our side to make sure the data is actually coming through.

I look forward to assisting you further.

Market Depth not working under Static SuperDom

          Hello,

I'm running Window 7 Pro 64 bit with NT 7.2.

Under SuperDOM properties, I have <Show cumulative depth> and <Show market depth> set to TRUE.

But I'm not seeing any market depth, in the DOM.

          What am I doing wrong?

          P.S. I'm using ZenFire.

          Regards,
          R. C.

            Hello rcsingleton,

            Thank you for your post.

Which instrument(s) are you accessing in the DOM?

              I'm using ES 03-11

              I'm using ES 03-11 contract.

I also have two machines running :

machine A : Windows XP Pro 32-bit with NT 7.2

              machine B: Windows 7 Pro 64-bit with NT 7.2

I see market depth under machine A. But no market depth under machine B.

              Regards,
              R. C.

P.S. Sometimes, if I disconnect/reconnect ZenFire on machine B, the market depth does appear. Not sure why that works.

                Hello,

There is a bug with the zenfire API we are waiting for zenfire to resolve that causes this. Switching the instrument back and forth one time seems to do the trick to get it back on.

Also, This only occurs with the beta zenfire adapter.

Please goto Control Center->Tools->Account Connections->Zenfire connection and change. Then follow the guide tell you get to the page where you put in your username and password. Below that disable the 3.x adapter.

Let me know if I can be of further assistance.
