Charts in NT 7 do not move

Hi, A few days ago I downloaded NT 7, installed it and put in all the account connections. It connects properly to Zen Fire as shown by the little green line at the bottom saying CONNECTED ZEN-FIRE.

The Control Center under the Orders tab shows the current Bid Ask Last price and contract quantity and it is moving.

However when I open a chart, the chart remains static - it does not move to show the price and candle bar movements - if you know what I mean.

Can you please advise whether I need to do something else that I have not done.

In case my question is not clear, please ask me leading questions as I am not a computer wizard. I'd like to work this out as I have been quite satisfied with NT 6.5 but see there are additional charting capabilities with NT7 which I'd like to utilize.

Hello sandman,

Thank you for your post.

Please right click in your chart and select 'Data Series'.
In the Data Series menu, set the 'Session Template' property to 'Default 24/7', then click OK.

Let me know if this does not do the trick for you.
