Charts not polotting in afterhours ?

Hi Probably something simple. I just downloaded and am using N7, for some reason can't see where to get my charts to plot data outside reg' market hours, I'm trading the TF, I have chart trader up and see bids/asks moving, but nothing is being put on the chart ?

Andy, per default NT7 would use the instrument's cash session / RTH hours, not the ETH ones offering the electronic hours as well, for this please change your applied session template to for example the Default 24 / 7 named to mimic NT 6.5 24 hr session behavior.

To cover all TF hours you can also simply work with the IPE Europe Futures template here.

I appreciate your help, sorry though I tried seeing what I could do, will need more instruction on how to do this, where to look and click etc, sorry.

Hi Andy, please press Ctrl F on your chart to bring up the Format Data Series dialog box. Then change the used Session Template on the right side under the 'Data' section of the parameters to for example the Default 24 /7 or IPE Europe Futures one and hit 'Apply'.

My chart stopped updating for TF. My applied session template is setup for Default 24 / 7 . If I change the symbol to ES everything works correctly. If I change the symbol back to TF , the chart does not update.

I repaired the database and it started working again.
