    Ninja trader 7

    Hi chaps,

    Sorry about this. More connection issues with Ninja Trader 7 and Zen fire. Charts load but do not update "live". Neither does the superbot, it's just dead.

    Any ideas ??

      UPDATe......

      It's only the YM thats not updating. ES and NQ are fine and working. YM is dead

        This may be due to the Session Template you have applied. Please right mouse click within your chart-->Data Series-->Session Template-->Set to either "Default 24/5" or "Default 24/7"--> Click Ok.

        You may also create custom Session Templates by going to Tools-->Session Manager-->New. I have provided a link below to our Help Guide that goes over the Session Manager.

          Ninja 6.5

          Gone back to 6.5 and it's not working on there either. Do you have instructions for getting it working on 6.5 ??

            zen fire

            Im trying to add zenfire as my data feed but when I open the connection wizard its not a choice nor is my broker Mirus Futures. Any help here would be appreciated

              Hello kman1,

              You will want to email support AT ninjatrader DOT com with your license key. It could be that you are enabled for another broker. If that is not the case then it is a connection issue.

                  Is there a way to get an e-mail notification when connection is lost with Zen Fire?

                    Unfortunately this option is not available at this time within NinjaTrader however, I will forward this to our development team for future considerations.

                      Connection Lost with in an Auto Strategy

                      If one loses a Zenfire/Mirus connection with in an Auto Strategy is there some kind of auto terminate trade feature?

                        This will depend on the Handling you have selected within Tools-->Options-->Strategies-->NinjaScript tab-->Handling.

                        I have provided a link below to our Help Guide that goes over the different Handling options available.
