    unable to reload historical data for 6B
    and the Reload historical data is unclickable

    What to do to fix it?

    my future brokers told me connection to NT data server is not connected properly.

    Can you please tell me what data provider you are connected to within NinjaTrader and the time interval chart you are attempting to load.

      mirus told me its on NT"s server.

      its on 16 Range chart, 6B. It doesnt load anymore data correctly after Oct 18

      i can see the price move on the chart, but missing anything from today up to Tuesday.

      And the "Reload Historical" button is not working.

      All firewalls are turn off.

        To confirm you are missing data prior to October 18th correct. If so I have tested this on my end and also only receive historical tick data from October 18th to the current day. Unfortunately prior data is not available at this time for this instrument however Minute data is going to be available.

          No. maybe my reply is not clear.

          Im able to get Range data up until Oct 18, after Oct 18, till now all data are in single down trend Range bars.

          Or simply, the chart is showing up correctly from oct 12, to Oct 18, after that its incorrect.

            Please go to Tools-->Options-->Misc tab-->Repair db.

            If the Reload historical data button is greyed out this indicates software on your PC or on the network your computer is on is preventing NinjaTrader from accessing our license servers.

            Please disable any firewalls, also anti-virus or other protection software you may have running and close all other applications you may have running on your PC at this time.

            Please let me know if the issue persists after this procedure.
