Live data on some charts, not on others

I'm using Ninja 6.5 and this worked fine last week. My CL and DX charts were providing live data. My GC charts were not. T & S windows were fine for everything but GC.

I tried refreshing the screens. I tried rebooting. I tried deleting a chart and creating a new one. Nothing worked.

Thoughts? Not sure what to do and I rely on speed of tape and T & S window for entries.

opps, should have mentioned it's Sim Trading. Not sure if that makes a difference or not

Thank you for the clarification.

Please disconnect from Zen-Fire, then reset your instrument list. After resetting, please restart NinjaTrader and check to see if the issue persists.

To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Misc tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.
