    error switching to simulation mode

    Hello
    I have something strange on my Ninja that is when i want to switch to global simulation mode by file- global simulation mode i got error "you have 2 running staregy(s) on live account. you can't switch to global simulation mode"

    i want to note that i use free version of NT and i can't use/don't have any strategies.
    also when i open my NT it start with simulation mode.

    what should i do to fix this problem

      I got the same thing:



      I'm trading 100% sim this week so there are no live strategies or orders. Must be a bug. I only turned off global sim so I could use a test account (not sim 101). Then I went to put it back on global sim mode.

        Hello cunparis,

        Do you still have the 8 strategies running on the test account? If so, please terminate these strategies and check if you can switch to Global Simulation Mode.

        If not, can you please clarify the test account you use. Is this a NinjaTrader account or a demo account from your broker?

          Sorry if this wasn't clear, I do not have any strategies running at all and certainly nothing with real money. The Test account is just another Sim account.

          Have you tried to reproduce it?
