Lost Data

Hi
I am using NinjaTrader 6.5. Recently I encounter missing data(11Nov to 15Nov) on one chart and every new chart I create(see attachment). I have tried reloading format data series but still cannot recover data. Please advise.

What version of NinjaTrader 6.5 are you using? This can be found in Help > About…

What data provider are you connecting to in this example?

Does this same issue occur with any other instruments?

Zen-Fire
Only trade ES(other platform is ok)

Hello ninja99,

For this issue then remove, repair, and recreate the connection to Zen-Fire:
• Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections--> highlight the connection--> click Remove
• Then go to the Tools menu--> select Options--> select the Misc tab--> click Repair DB
• Restart NinjaTrader
• Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections and recreate the account connection.

Please try to recreate the connection. For convenience, this link included the instructions:

If these gaps persists then right click on the chart & select "Reload All Historical Data".

Please let me know if this does not resolve the issue.

The final step(reload historical data) solved the problem.
By the way is it necessary to remove and reconnect account connection. This step involved searching for userid and passwd.
