NT7 - Values not loading

I'm using interactive brokers with NT 7. The Opening, Low52Weeks, High52Weeks, and Beta values are not loading inside the Market Analyzer. Normally when values don't come in, like on any of my charts longer than 1 year, I fix it by connecting to Kinetick EOD first and then IB, however that doesn't fix the Market Analyzer.

Thank you for your post.

What version of TWS are you using? You can check this in TWS by going to Help--> About.

Please note you must use TWS version 906 (browser version NOT supported) with the most recent version of NinjaTrader.

If you need to download the correct version, you can find a copy of this from our Interactive Brokers connection Guide:

The Market Analyzer needs real-time data to work, therefore the Kinetick EOD service will not fill in the data for the Market Analyzer.

I'm on WIndows 7 x64. I'm using 910. The current version on their website is 911. Where can I find 906?

I'm running the 7.0.0.23 of NT7 and the 906.8 TWS standalone. DailyLow, LastPrice, DailyHigh, NetChange, LastClose all work, but the other values still remain empty.

Can you tell me specifically which instruments you are not getting data for these columns you mentioned?

Were the DailyLow, LastPrice, DailyHigh etc working before you installed TWS version 906?

The instruments are the default DOW 30 included in NT7.

DailyLow, LastPrice, DailyHigh, etc ... Have always worked.

Opening, Low52Weeks, High52Weeks, and Beta ... Have never worked.

Upon testing this on an Interactive Brokers account I am not receive any data for the Opening, High52Weeks, Low52Weeks. This indicates that Interactive Brokers does not report this information.

If you would like to view this data, I would suggest subscribing to a second data provider, such as Kinetick real-time. You can read more information about kinetick from www.kinetick.com
