Internet disconnect and ATM confused

My internet went out and I was short 2 contracts. It hit one target while the internet was out. When I reconnected the ATM thinks I'm short 2 but the Positions tab says I'm short 1. Executions verify that my target was hit. So I buy one more to cover and now ATM thinks I'm short but positions tab has no positions.

How do I get it back in sync?

Executions are incorrect too. the fills are incorrect and it shows me short when I'm flat.

I verified with the clearing company's website that I"m flat.

Please shutdown and restart NinjaTrader first.

Then, change the property on the superdom. Right click > Properties > Make sure AtmStrategy selection mode is not set to DisplaySelected...

I have shut down, still happens. I have "DisplaySelected.." because that's mode I've used for a long time now. Sometimes i have two DOMs running and I want each one to be independent of the other.

Isn't there a way to tell the DOM to get rid of the "active AMT strategy" ???

If I hit "close position" what will happen? Will it buy one to cover and make me really long? Or will it realize that I'm not short and just go away???? I don't know what to do.

Can you change the ATM selection from *Active to none?

If not, starting with a fresh db may be the way to go.

To rename the DB:

• Shutdown NinjaTrader and Go to the Start Menu
• Select My Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> DB--> NinjaTrader.sdf.
• Right click on NinjaTrader.sdf and select "Rename."
• Name it "NewNinjaTrader.sdf"
• Then restart the software.

Version 6.5 uses mdb files instead.

Yes I can change it from active to the name of my ATM strategy which will be flat. But I can't get this active strategy to go away. That's my problem. I don't want to reset the database I'll lose all my history, my symbol modifications (commissions), etc.

Ok I exited ninja & restarted. The active strategy is now gone. It appears that somehow it got fixed overnight. I had exited several times yesterday so something about overnight fixed it. Problem solved, thanks for the help.
