Since Sat Dec 4th, my NT7 has been crashing immediately on connection with IB (sim and live). All connections worked without fault up till Friday 3rd.
My NT7 is version 7.0.1000.1 (Live).
TWS is build 911.3. I've also tried rolling back to 910.9c and the problem still occurs.
The account connection settings have been confirmed correct.
The error message is the standard Microsoft application failure box... "Ninja Trader application has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
The NT7 log indicates connection is established, but a session break then occurs on the following step ("Verifying licence at primary server..."). I've tried attaching a copy of the log, but your Manage Attachments function says that .csv is an incorrect file type????
Any ideas? I've uninstalled and reinstalled both NT7 and IB TWS. I've restarted the computer. I've rolled back to a previous TWS. It's beyond me now!!!
