Having NT open on 2 computers

I just got a brokerage account opened.
Before I purchase a lifetime license will you please answer the following questions:

If I put NT on 2 different computers can they both be running at the same time?

Can I see the strategy trading from both computers?

Can I start a strategy on one and stop it on another?

If I purchase a single license and change brokers can I still use NT with the new broker?

Thank you for your post.

You can install NinjaTrader on multiple computers but you can only use your Live NinjaTrader license key on one computer at a time or else this would place you in violation of the NinjaTrader End User License Agreement.

If you want to run NinjaTrader on two different computers on two different accounts then you will need to separate Live licenses (one for each).

Orders & Strategy data will be stored on the local drive – it would not be visible on the other installation of NinjaTrader.

Starting a strategy on one PC/instance of NinjaTrader & stopping - then starting the same strategy on another PC is not recommended.

If you purchase a Live Single-broker NinjaTrader license key you can request that we switch the broker to another. Just send a request to sales AT ninjatrader DOT com

Its just one account. It would be ok if It can only run on one at a time, but would like to be able to stop a strategy from the other computer.

You may want to log into the target PC using a remote access software so that you could access/control this PC running the strategy.

Yes that is the backup plan. Logmein free will do it however its not as clear as looking at the PC itself, but will do.
