7.0.1000.1 no IB undercount connections

I have 7.0.1000.1 installed on a lap top and on PC and laptop it found my connections and IB is fine - on PC it is not there so I went to add it and IB is not even on the list under account connections - neither is Ameritrade - weird -




If I enter a name Ameritrade it says I already have that name - but it not on list or in my connection lit so I cannot login


how do I add them

I ended up closing the program, running 6.5 and it ws fine - started 7 again and this time all back to normal so some strange glitch on former start up
