    Reseting Sim101 account hangs Ninja

This is 100% reproducible from my end. I just trade in Sim 101 using live zen fire feed and do a few trades. Then I go into tools, options, simulator and try to reset ( with clear history checked ) the sim account to remove the trades.

NT hangs, then I get "not responding" and then I have to close NT. This is a soft crash. Please reproduce on your end first before asking me to send logs. I have tried it every which way and it always does the same thing each time.

I am using NT Release 7.0 on Windows 7.0, 64 bit Os with 64-bit NT and 64-bit zenfire connection. I am in US, not international

    Hello YanCanCook,

    Thank you for your post.

Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with "ATTN: Chris" in the subject line.

In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.
2.) Your most current trace and log files.

You will find the file here: My Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt

Log file will be located by going to Documents->NinjaTrader 7->Log->log.YYYYMMDD.txt

The issue with 64-bit Zen-Fire only applies to Non US account holders.

If your account is based in the United States, you should have no issue enabling 64-bit Zen Fire.

You can enable this feature by going to Tools--> Account Connections--> Highlight your Zen-Fire connection and press "Change". From the account connection options wizard, please locate the "3.X API" option and enable it.

You should then be able to run Zen-Fire in 64-bit mode for your US based account.

If your account is not held within the United States, you will need to use the 32-bit version of NinjaTrader with Zen-Fire until further notice. You should have no issues with Zen-Fire, NT V7 32-bit and Windows 7.

I am unable to upload. I get an error stating that the forum limit is 40K and one of my files is 10 times that size and the other is 47K

      I send this via email
