Unable to apply any strategy to a chart

Hi:

I try to apply a strategy to a chart clicking at the "strategies button" but I get an empty list.
Strategy has been correctly compiled and generated with no errors, but there's no way to get it in the list.
What am I doing wrong?

It's a fresh install of NT 6.5 (latest available download) in a fresh computer that never had NT (so no old files around).
Also most of indicators are not available clicking the "indicator button"
Live connection to Zen-Fire is working fine. DOM is working fine, etc...
Log contains plenty of entries similar to:

15/12/2010 15:34 Default Unable to create instance of 'NinjaTrader.Strategy.SampleMultiTimeFrame'. Most likely there is no default constructor defined, or the default constructor does not work correctly: Se produjo una excepción en el destino de la invocación.

Any idea?

Nope! It's installed in a standalone computer.

By the way, I installed in another computer (W7 and previous one is Vista) and had exactly the same problem...

I realized most of the indicator are not available (even if I can recompile them OK), none of the strategies are available. Tried to find the DLL for the strategy just compiled and could not find it.

Ricard, is NT installed on an admin user account on this PC?

Would you mind sending me the trace / log diagnostic files from this install with the Help > Mail to Support function? Please include Attn Bertrand in the subject line.

Yes, it's a admin account (the only one).

Few hours ago it was the same but I just received your email, tested it with no change to firewall and now it's working. Ghost in the machine ;-)

Now it works. I didn't change anything but works.

This is normally an issue reaching our license server for license verification -

The most common reason is that a firewall on your PC or on the network your computer is on is preventing NinjaTrader from accessing our license servers. To test this, please disable all firewalls and then restart NinjaTrader and see if it works. If yes, you just need to add ninjatrader.com to the exception list (safe list) for your firewall software.

Sometimes this also ocurrs if the ISP you're using has a backbone issue reaching our servers, perhaps you can check with them if that is the case currently?

Great to hear, thanks for reporting back, perhaps really an intermittent ISP backbone issue...
