Can't Connect

    Can't Connect

    Message says..

    Please check your account connection parameters and your internet connetion.

    I'v checked the above and all seems normal.

    I'm using 6.5

    Hello Chuck,

    Please close NinjaTrader and sync your PC clock by double clicking on the clock in the lower right corner of your desktop. Once you have done that, click on Internet Time tab and then click Update. Your PC clock should now be updated and you may restart NinjaTrader.

    Next please remove, repair and recreate your connection with the steps I have provided below.
    • Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections--> highlight the connection--> click Remove
    • Tools-->Options-->Misc tab-->Repair db
    • Restart NinjaTrader
    • Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections and recreate the account connection.

    I have provided a link below to our Connection Guide to assist with recreating your connection




    Please let me know if the issue persists after this procedure.

        I got same message too, I did everything they told me, but still failed to connect.

          I am having the same problem as well. I am using ZenFire as a data feed.

            If you are unable to connect please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with "ATTN: Chris" in the subject line.

            In the message, please include the following:
            1.) A link to this forum thread.
            2.) Your most current trace and log files.

            You will find the file here: My Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt

            Log file will be located by going to Documents->NinjaTrader 7>Log->log.YYYYMMDD.txt
