External Data Feed to drive Ninja Chart

Sounds to me as if you are pushing older data onto a chart that already has data for "future" dates. If that is the case then all the data you are pushing through will go to the last bar. It won't overwrite any preexisting data you have.

What you would need to do is go to your Historical Data Manager and remove all historical data for the date you are trying to push data for. Then you would need to open a chart up to that date. Your chart should have no data of that date and then any data you push in from there should be shown on the chart correctly.

I did exactly that - removed everything, restarted NT and then tried again - same effect..

Don't forget to clear out any historical cache.

yeah. I think I got hit by exactly that.. but I dont know where is it..

What I just did - I deleted data for the instrument in the Historical data manager and then opened saved Workspace and the chart had bars in it

so I closed NT and when I reopened it everything was as expected - the chart was empty and when I connected my app - I could get correct datetime on the chart...

Is it possible to clear this "historical cache" without NT restart?

Usually reloading your historical data will clear the cache and build you a new one. But since your purpose was to remove historical data you would probably not want to do that.
