NYBOT Softs Charting Incorrectly

This due to the CC 03-11 contract not scheduled to rollover until 2/11/2011. To view the current 03-11 data prior to rollover you may set the Merge Policy to "DoNotMerge" or you may adjust the rollover dates with the steps I have provided below to view continuous data:

• Tools
• instrument Manager
• Select CC
• Edit
• Misc tab
• Contract Months
• Click on the ... box within on the right of "35 contract months defined"
• Select the Expiry
• Adjust the date
• Click Ok
• Remove CC from your Default list and add it back in
• Right mouse click within your chart and select "Reload all historical data"

Thanks Christopher, I'm hoping that this can be fixed in a future release of the NT7 software, as I'd hate to have to go through and fix all of the NYBOT softs by hand. It seems like some of the roll-dates for the CBOT grains are also off by a couple of days (nothing as major as the softs).

Christopher - Are there any updates to report? I downloaded 7.0.1000.2, and saw no improvement in this issue.

Having the same problem, from all softies only SUGAR has correct charts, using daily charts by Kinetick.

I want to know the same. Can you explain in DETAILS how to make Kinetcik end of day data to be correctly displayed for daily Coffee and Cotton Charts.

Attached compared charts from TOS and Ninja Trader connected only to Kinetick end of the day.

The sugar chart isn't even right in NT. Just add the volume indicator, and you'll see that they're using the wrong dates as well.

The same goes for the CBOT grains (and of course all of the softs), just add the volume indicator and you can see that they're using all of the wrong roll dates.

Just added volume, mate you are right! it's wrong dates... Did you find the way to solve it?

That's the only way to fix it that I know of, but I have no desire to go through and fix all of the softs and grains by hand. I'm hoping that this gets fixed in a future release.

Is there any resolution to this issue? Can someone confirm that NinjaTrader can or cannot be used to trade SOFTS and GRAINS, or is there a official documented workaround?

Still seems like a mess to me, I just tried charting one of the softs in the latest release - no change. I'd love to hear something from NT on this issue again.
