Problem With Strategy

Hello. I just put together my first strategy using the strategy wizard. The strategy colors the price bars one color if the double stochastic is above 50 and another color if below. The wizard indicated success but when I try to invoke the strategy on the chart that option is grayed out. Please advise.

Is Chart Trader enabled by any chance? It's not possible to apply a strategy to a chart where Chart Trader is enabled.

Hello Kyle. Why is this the case? I like to trade off the charts instead of the DOM. I was hoping to use a paint bar strategy on the same chart. FYI...I was able to apply the strategy after deselecting "chart trader" but the bars are not painting according to my specifications. I have attached a jpeg of my strategy. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance.

This is disabled because manually trading an instrument where an automated strategy is running could throw the account and strategy positions out of sync.

I don't know enough about your strategy to have any idea how you intended to have the bars plot. Can you elaborate on what is amiss in that image so that I may advise?

Kyle, I have the strategy set up to color the price bars dark green if the 10 period double stochastic is above 50 and color the price bars dark red if the 10 period double stochastic is below 50.
