White charts with live licence

Hi, I'm running NT7 7.0.0.23 live licence with Zen-Fire data feed and currently using Sim101 account.
With all the softs (both at nybot and liffe) and all the meats when I create a chart, it appears completely blank.
With other futures everything's ok.
I tried to set the template @ 24/7, reloading historical data, but nothing changes.

Check that you have the proper symbol settings – for example CT (see screenshots).

Please let me know if this does not resolve the issue.

I checked and all the symbols match by default.

PS: I've just installed the latest NT version (7.0.1) but the problem is still there.

Have you already confirmed with your data provider that they support these instruments and the intervals you are trying to plot?

For example, were you able to plot CT with the settings I provided?

Thanks for providing these images.

Unfortunately, CT is not an instrument which is recorded by the NinjaTrader historical data server. While real-time data will be full available (as shown in the image of your chart with one red bar), historical data would need to come from a secondary source if it is required.

Can I use Zen-Fire historical servers?

Sorry - I don't understand your first question. Can you clarify?

Zen-Fire does not offer historical data. This is provided by NinjaTrader as a courtesy service.

Hello Eclipse,

From the NinjaTrader Control Center you can go to Tools > Data tab and in ‘real-time data’ check the option to “Save chart data as historical”. This will allow you to store incoming real-time Chart data to your local PC for future historical data requests.
