    problem

    Hello, i'm using pfg data feed, i'm connected and I opened a CL chart with
    a 4 range bar chart and I get this message: "Error on loading data for 'CL 02-11 Nymex: Disconnected from Historic Data Server". Now I opened a 03-11 chart but it gave me that
    message and there's no price movement.

      Hi,

      What happens if you reboot your machine?

      In addition, can you try a different interval like a 1 Minute chart and see if data is coming in.

      Also, make sure to have under Tools--> Session Manager--> Session template to have set up 'Default 24/7'.

      Furthermore:
      • Right click in your chart and select Data Series.
      • In the Data Series menu, set the "Session Template" property to "Default 24/7", then click OK.

        okay I got it to work but how do I get more historical data? I have
        my CL chart on Range Bar 50 and all I got is 4 bars. Is there any-
        way to get more historical data?

          Hello criss73,

          Please try right-clicking in the chart and 'Reload All Historical Data'.
          If the missing data does not populate, please let me know.

              You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
              Today's trace file would be named 'trace.20101228.txt'.

                  !!!!!!!!!!!!!

                  Why am I always having problems with NT. Nothing can ever go smooth. If you look
                  at the chart I've provided yesterday there was a gap and now there isn't. As you can see
                  I have a sell way above. What to do?

                        where can I download PFG API client for NT ver 7? I can't seem to
                        find it.

                          I reinstalled NT ver 7 because I was having problems and now I can't
                          connect to PFG. I installed the PFG API setup NT 7 and when I try
                          to connect to PFG i get this message: "Login failed: Unable to connect to
                          PFGAPI.exe. Did you install PFG client yet? Unable to cast COM object
                          of type 'PFGTRADEAPI.PFGAPIClass' to interface type 'PFGTRADEAPI._PFGAPI'.

                            I'm so frustrated with NT. What the hell is going on with
                            the crude chart. I reinstalled NT and the same BS! I'm ready
                            to give up on NT. Here's an image of a 1 and 10 min chart.
