Hello Veyron,
Welcome to the NinjaTrader Support Forums!
Please restart your PC & retry the application. If it still does not launch then please send me your Log & Trace files for today to support AT ninjatrader DOT com.
You can find these in your My Documents folder in the folders:
1. NinjaTrader 7 > Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt
2. NinjaTrader 7 > Log > log.YYYYMMDD.txt
(see screenshots for examples)
Make sure to attach these text (.txt) files to your response/email.ChipNinjaTrader Customer Service

Please follow the instructions below to re-install the Microsoft .NET Framework on your PC.- Terminate any applications running on your PC
- Go to the Windows Control Panel
- "Add/Remove programs" for XP users or "Uninstall a program" for Vista users
- Locate and uninstall the .NET Framework
- If your highest version is 4.0 or greater than do not continue with these instructions and let us know and we will follow up with further instructions
- If your highest version is 3.5 then proceed and uninstall this version and skip the next line
- If your highest version is 2.0 then proceed and uninstall this version
- Install version 3.5 of the .NET Framework which contains the 2.0 version which is required by NinjaTrader 6.5 (Download from here)
- After the install please check for updates to the .Net Framework with the Windows Update function
Please let us know if the issue persists after this procedure.Christopher J.NinjaTrader Customer Service

I check the version at "Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on or off" and there is 3.5.1, but at "Uninstall or change a program" is version 4. But I try to uninstall that and install version (3.5) from this site, but its no working, because when I do double click on install file this version(3.5) is nothing happened, so I downloaded version 4 and installed that. But Ninja is all time same (unavailable to use), but you sad – “If your highest version is 4.0 or greater than do not continue with these instructions and let us know and we will follow up with further instructions”, so please what I need to do if my version is No. 4??
