Problems connecting to Esignal data

Been checking out Ninjatrader as I am looking to automate trades. I use the eSignal data feed and honestly amazed that Ninjatrader will not work with data waiver program.
Checking the website it appears requests for this feature date back 3-4 YEARS!
If this is indicative as to the responsiveness of Ninjatrader it really makes me think twice on committing to the NT platform for charting.

I want to add my vote to this as well.
The CME $ waiver is significant and waiting around for NT to "possibly" fix this sometime in the future is very frustrating.
I paid for NT lifetime to give my trading an edge, not spend my time bouncing between NT workspaces and eSignal charts cause NT doesn't support CME waiver for eSignal but does for Kinetic.
I can only hope there is no conflict of interest at NT to fully support eSignal subscribers.

ZOTICUS, thanks for the post and for adding to the request, I will make sure to cover that as well in product management enhancement tracking lists - I could not offer a commitment or ETA though.
To be also clear - this request is for accessing the waived CME data (non pro fees) through eSignal's API.
Regular subscribed CME Globex data would readily be accessible now.

eSignal CME data
I would also like to use/see the eSignal CME data in Ninja Trader (NT). I had assumed when I purchased a full licence that this would be available.
I am sincerely disappointed with NT that CL /. GC / NG etc., are not available. Its clearly a simple technical issues to resolve. MT-Predictor who are an NT Partner overcame the same problem within a day or two of being informed. Maybe some NT dev people should talk to them and ask how they did it ?
Can you please give a definite time-scale to this request.
I feel somewhat duped by NT as the absence of this data (from a listed data provider) makes the purchase of NT to be only 50% usable.
So please make the CME data available as soon as possible. Having checked again with eSignal, they absolutely assured me that this is a NT problem often reported to them.

Why not have a alert/disclaimer on the Data connection page
that would let potential customers know in advance about this-

Welcome to the NinjaTrader support forums and thanks for the post.
There has been no change at this time on this. I will add your vote to the tracking system to support these symbols in NinjaTrader.
