    IB Interface for TWS 911 still broken

    The release notes for NT7.0.10002 say that integration was done for TWS 911, but there is absolutely no change from the previous NT7. TWS still can't select accounts when NT is connected.

    Thank you for your post.

    NinjaTrader 7 was updated to be compatible with TWS 911.3 with the release of 7.0.100.2. That said, this does not have any effect on the known issue within TWS which you're referring to.

    The issue you refer to is an acknowledged TWS bug that would show up when having a client connected through the API - as we're unfortunately not in the position to fix the IB API (it would happen with other clients than NT as well) we are awaiting further action on IB's part.

      Has IB given NT a case number or bug ID? If I want to take this up with IB, I need more information on your proof of this being a TWS bug, like a bug ID.

          I put in a request to IB, and this was their response:

          This issue was in fact a system limitation whereby IB only allows one account to be selected at a time. IB has made changes with TWS Build 914 which is currently a Beta release. I would advise you to use the Beta version of TWS.

          Can NT let us know when your techs have done some initial testing with the 914 Beta TWS? I don't want to wait for months before trying this and waiting for an official NT test/release.
