    Ninja Trader v7.0.1000.2 on Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1(full) error !

    Hello!
    Help me please!

    When Startup Ninja Trader v7.0.1000.2 on Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1( sp1 full version) error ! And Ninja 6.5 too error.

    When Startup On Windows 7 Ultimate x64 all OK.

    Please send your Log & Trace files for the date this occurred.

    From the NinjaTrader Control Center go to Help > ‘Email to Support…’ and check the box by “Log & Trace file”

    Please also make sure to include a reference to this forum thread.

      32 Bit NINJA DOES NOT WORK

      When I load Ninjatrader 64 bit it works. When I run Ninjatrader 32 bit, it does not run.... I cannot use the 64bit version because Ninjatrader does not support it for TT. Need platform up and Ninja has no support for Sunday, only Mon-Fri, what about traders who need a ready platform for Globex on Sunday? Need this fixed is there anyone at NInja that can help me today and not tommorow?

        From the NinjaTrader Control Center go to Help > ‘Email to Support…’ and check the box by “Log & Trace file”

          I am supposed to get a call from support tommorow after we had an appointment on Friday at 2pm that he said was too busy to call me. And now having problems for tonights globex session, whats the point of sending my log and trace files if its not going to be corrected for globex, and i have sent them multiple times already.

              How can I send you the Log & Trace files, if none of the Ninja's (7 - 6.5) will not start?

                Hello Muska,

                You can find these in your (My) Documents folder at the file path:
                1. NinjaTrader 6.5 > Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt
                2. NinjaTrader 6.5 > Log > log.YYYYMMDD.txt

                If you are using NinjaTrader 7 then just substitute 7 for 6.5 in the file path above.

                Just attach these text (.txt) files to your email/response and send them to support AT ninjatrader DOT com.

                  These files(txt) are not created automatically because the program does not start and immediately crash bug!

                    The crashing should be registered in the trace. Please send this over so we can investigate. We need the latest one.

                        Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with 'ATTN: Kyle' in the subject line.

                        In the message, please include the following:
                        1.) A link to this forum thread.

                        2.) Your most current trace file.
                        The trace file will be found in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
                        Today's trace file will be named 'trace.20110203.txt'.

                          When you start NinjaTrader 7 or 6.5 the trace file is not createeed!!!
                          Download and install SP1 for Windows 7, see for yourself.

                            Hello Muska and Mriska:

                            Please be aware that NinjaTrader does not currently support Windows 7 Service Pack 1 and that is why NinjaTrader is not operating correctly for you. We are aware of the pending release of Windows 7 Service Pack 1, have been working to add support for it and will have a release out shortly to support it, possibly by the end of this next week. We will make a formal announcement about the release when available so please hold tight and we should have a new NinjaTrader version out shortly that will be compatible with your operating system.
