    Live license doesnt execute

    Hello,

    I am giving an order in ninja 6.5 and it doesn't execute on charts with mbtrading connection and live account.

    In reality the order is executed.

    If I close ninja and open plain navigator I see the order.

    If I close navigator and restart ninja I see the order on the chart.

    Any ideas?

    Hello Basil,

    Can you please tell me what MBT Navigator you have installed. Please make sure you have MBT Navigator version 11.5.0.5 installed.

    What status is reflected for the order in the Control Center-->Orders-tab. Does it receive a filled status when it executes?

        Can you please send me your latest log and trace files. You can find log and trace files at the following locations.

        Start Menu--> My Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Log--> log.20110120 for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)

        Start Menu--> My Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Trace--> trace.20110120 for today. (trace.yyyymmdd for any other date)

        Please send them to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Put 'Attn Jason' in the subject header and reference this forum thread.

        So when the order actually executes, it is still reflected as an active order in the chart, correct?

          Hello Jason,

          When I give the order it says initialized.

          waiting................. nothing happens.

          In sim it executes normally.

          I have tried in demo mbtrading in the morning many orders all ok normal.

          Close ninja,then I make restart, connect with mbtrading says filled in the same place

              Please see the response I just sent via email.

              I noticed you have an older version of NinjaTrader installed (6.5.1000.15). The current version is 6.5.1000.19. Please install that version and let me know if the issue remains.

                Hello Jason,

                tested again with mbtrading demo account, ninjatrader works normally.

                Gain account is disappeared with latest version, mbtrading live doesn't work as said in previous posts.

                  I have installed latest version.

                  Problem remains.

                  I lost also the gain connection live account I had.

                  I have checked this in my clone setup in auxiliary computer, same thing.

                  Deinstall old version and installed latest version.Same thing.

                  Awaiting instructions.

                    Hello Jason,

                    magically it executes the live trades now with mbtrading live connected.

                    I did not fixed a thing, just like that.

                    My problem now is that I don't see gain connection to add the gain live account.

                    that happened after I removed the previous version as suggested.

                    What I can do ?
