different timeframes charting

Hello,

I have a question referring different timeframes in one chart for my range-bar-charts (or better: indicators of different timeframes in a chart).

When I add new dataseries either I plot them in first panel same as basic dataseries or in new panel in both cases there appear strange distances between the bars of the basic dataseries. (not only when in lower timeframe bars are plotted!) How can I avoid this?

I would like to have indicators (Trendline, MACD) from eg 40-Range-Bar in my 60-Range-Bar chart. Can I add on a different way indicators with other dataseries to my chart?

Thank you for your post.

If I understand your description correctly, this is expected due to the 'Equidistant bar spacing' setting. When it is set to False, you will see gaps for periods when the instrument(s) did not trade. If set to True it will exclude the gap. You can find it in the chart properties menu.

However, when using more than one data series in a chart, 'Equidistant bar spacing' is always set to False.
