FDAX missing friday data

This morning I have missing data for friday FDAX, FESX and FGBL.

The data was there on friday evening, but now on Monday moring it is missing.

Please check with the IB papertrading account credentials I gave o Jason some time ago.

just for the records:
Time ZONE MEZ, (same as eurex exchange)
NT7 R2, using IB for data.
in TWS I can open a chart and I see all friday data. So IB has all the data available.
in NT7 no friday data visible. On my 60 min charts only a gap where friday's data is supposed to be.

I'v the same problem.
Tick data is available, but no minute bars were generated.
Only difference i see is that on friday one tick was after 22:00. NT only generates the minute bar for this tick.

Zweistein, does this work for you as well after reloading?

The problem exists and persists also after reloading historical data from open @ 8.00 AM until about 10.30 AM Eurex time.

Only after that time a reload historical data cures the problem.

NinjaTrader_Jason should follow up, as he investigated already and the conclusion was that there is a problem in the the ZenFire api (which NinjaTrader uses for its own servers) that causes the trouble.

Please fix this annoying problem finally (first reported in Juli 2010)

Unfortunately this is still a limitation of our data servers. You will need to reload historical data after the routine server maintenance is done.

Hello Andreas,

Yes, unfortunately this is still a known limitation. If you now reload historical data in the chart, you should have historical data for last Friday again.

Hello Andreas,

Yes, unfortunately you will continue to experience the issue each Monday morning. Please reload historical data after server maintenance and you should load Friday's data again. When I currently test it on my end, I have Friday's historical data loaded.

This makes it a severe limitation to use Ninja on Mondays before 11 western europe time.
