I havent had this scenario before, but I (sadly) think it might happen again.
1. Intel 9650 4core w 8gb ram & Win7 Pro 32bit(up to date), MBTrading as only data source, NT7 R1, SIM trades
2. Running two strategies, 'LONG' and 'SHORT'
3. the running 'LONG' was saved as part of workspace, but 'SHORT' had not been
4. The whole system frozen ... no response to mouse or keyboard, screen clock frozen also at time = 20+ minutes in the past from current time
5. Reset computer and reopen the workspace
6. Chart trader open with 1 SHORT position still open and OCO target and stop still active
7. LONG strategy on another chart 'enabled=false' (expected)
8. SHORT strategy is not on its chart (expected)
Is this what is to be expected, that the SHORT OCO is still working on the ChartTrader ?
Is there any other alternative steps that can be taken other than restarting the CPU, or steps to not have this happen?
Screen attached,
