    chart trader: open equity wrong on restart

    7.0.1000.2
    I have charttrader running, and everything is working well.
    Then i disconnect from data providers, and reconnect.
    Then NT strategy launches a new trade.
    Charttrader will not show the correct open equity (+/- points since entry). The value is static and stuck, even as price moves. i have to click on ChartTrader button to turn off CT, then click it again, and the open equity is fine.

    Thank you for the report. Can you walk us through how to reproduce on our end?

    Sim or live account?
    Where did you run strategy from?
    Data provider.

    I'm not clear on your position state before and after disconnecting from your data provider. You are in a position before disconnecting and then strategy makes an additional trade in same direction? What opened the trade initially? Is there any manual trading done inbetween this?

      Sim account
      NT strategy launches the ATM
      Data providers are Kinetick (main/first) and IB
      It looks like there is a standing position from before the NT recycle
      When i reopen NT, and reconnect, it shows the posn, but does not update +/- equity as prices move

        Thanks. To clarify, is this a 1) NinjaScript automated strategy with an ATM applied or a 2) Standard ATM strategy. If you're not familiar with this distinction, what steps are you taking to enable the strategy?

            Thank you for the reply. Unfortunately I was not able to reproduce this. After a disconnect / reconnect, ChartTrader displays PnL for the previous trade made by an ATM strategy driven by NinjaScript.

            If you are still having issues, please send a simple strategy to [email protected], Attn: RyanM along with complete steps needed to see the issue.
