GC Gold Comex Ninja 6.5

Hello,

I use zenfire as Data Provider. I get get GC as a chart but no new quotes. Can anybody help?

Hi,

Are you using V7 by any chance? If so, to retrieve 24/7 data on a chart, please follow the directions below.

• Right click in your chart and select Data Series.
• In the Data Series menu, set the "Session Template" property to "Default 24/7", then click OK.

Let me know if this corrects your issue.

- Do you see an error message listed in the log tab of the control center?
- What exact version 6.5 do you have installed? V6.5.1000.19? You can check under Help--> About
- What happens if you try Tools--> Historical Data--> Reload?

Dear Vincent,
it just stands still, tried to reload Data. Icannot find the log tab, but there no errors shown. Version is 6.5.1000.15. GC is the only file thats not working.

Carl,

You're using an older version and I advise you to upgrade to the latest 6.5 which is V6.5.1000.19. You can do this by entering your license on the following page:

http://www.ninjatrader.com/download-registration.php

That will bring you to the actual download page.

After this reset your instruments under Tools--> Options--> Misc tab--> Reset instruments.

Let me know if this corrects your issue.
