Sorry to hear that - those s/r lines will need to be recreated manually then. After you've done so, we'd suggest that you create a backup of your settings to avoid similar issues in the future.

ok, thanks for all your help so far guys. happy to report that i was working crash free for the past ten days until today when the perpetual crash loop started up again. i have sent the log and trace files to support.

basically, upon startup today, ninjatrader gave me the 'needs to shut down' dialogue box as it is loading data. i shut down, restart, and get same dialogue box. and this is on a contract that i was
viewing with no problems the night before.

here's what i think may be happening. i have a chart template for the 15m chart that has some emas on it that mimic the 10 and 20 daily emas. so on the 15m chart the emas are huge numbers, like 600 and 1200 period emas, something like that. when i closed down ninjatrader last night i had
the 15m chart open, with the template applied -- which i haven't used for a few days. open NT up today and instant crashasaurus. is it possible this template is just overloading NT? anything in the
log and trace files point to this?
