Ninja Trader live data feed isue

Hello, I'm trying to connect to a live data feed from Gain/Forex.com. I've setup my account with Gain/Forex.com (live account, only realized you need a demo account which I also have as well now)

I've followed this..

And all I get from Ninja trader once I try to connect with Gain/Forex.com is message box:-

"Gain: Unable to log into the GAIN API. Check user name and password. GAIN error message: "Authentication problem. Do I know you? Perhaps we've not been introduced."(LoginFailed)

I'd be grateful if you could let me know how to resolve this as I've read various other posts on this forum with no resolution apart from re-installed Ninja Trader. I'm using 7.0.1000.2 Ninja Trader

Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with 'ATTN: Kyle' in the subject line.

In the message, please include the following:

1.) A link to this forum thread.

2.) Your GAIN username and password.

3.) Tell me whether the account is held at GAIN USA, GAIN UK or GAIN AU.

Hello Kyle, I just thought I would post a response to my issue in case anyone in the future has the same problem as me.

I didn't get a resolution with Forex.com after logging an initial ticket and one response to my problem, so I tried (installed and regsitered with) pfgbest.com and followed Ninjatrader for a live feed and everything now works fine....
