    Installation problem

    Hello,

    I am running NT7 on one computer without problem. I wanted to install NT7 to another computer, but I am not able to open program after installation. I have attached error which is appearing again and again after each reinstallation.

    Hello Ladislav,

    Can you please perform an uninstall/re-install as per the instructions below.

    Please uninstall NinjaTrader 7 via the Windows Control Panel.

    Clear your browser cache.

    Download and install NinjaTrader 7 from the link below.


    If the error remains, please send me your latest log and trace files. You can find log and trace files at the following locations.

    Start Menu--> My Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Log--> log.20110215 for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)

    Start Menu--> My Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Trace--> trace.20110215 for today. (trace.yyyymmdd for any other date)

    You can send them to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Please put 'Attn Jason' in the subject header and reference this forum thread.
