24/7 or ETH charting error
Huge spike bar at end of chart each time I try and load any 24/7 or ETH chart (see attached image). `use instrument settings` RTH seems to be ok still. Deleted all historical data, reset database and instruments, reloaded all historical data, no help. I did have a period where I was not using NT much and had changed the time zone on my PC clock. Had trouble changing back to Eastern time and syncing charts so I deleted all historical data for that purpose as well. The RTH `use instrument settings` seems synced fine now but any extended hours chart has a huge spike error no matter if 5min or 120min. Please advise.Tags: None

Hello,
Thank you for your note.
This is due to the fact that your rolled over to the next 04-11 expiry with auto merge still enabled as you cannot use auto merge on a forward contract. You would either need to change the roll over date to today in the database or turn off auto merge.
To turn off auto merge goto Control Center->Tools->Options->Data Tab->Merge Policy->Do Not merge.
or Goto Control Center->Tools->Instrument Manager->CL->Edit->Misc Tab->... Button for Contract Months->Change the Expiry rollover date to today.
Then right click on the chart and select reload historical data.
Let me know if I can be of further assistance.
