Hello,

some questions to kinetick.

1) Is it possible to recive somehow historical data for stocks for an extended history period for more then 2 years (intraday x minute data)
2) Is it possible to have access to other exchanges then the exchanges where i have a "realtime subscription" for ? (e.g. delayed data for futures even when i subscribe to stock markets only).

Hello NT2010,

Thank you for your post.

1. Kinetick provides 2 years worth of historical Minute data and unfortunately there is not an option to view addional data at this time.

2. Yes if you have a subscription to real time Equities data this will also give you access to delayed data for all other markets such as Futures, Forex, etc.

I cant retrieve data for any of the Treasury notes through kinetick. I have a basic package with access to the NYSE. I figured i would be able to access historical data.

Any help with the settings? I have put in about every combination of symbol mapping to possible exchanges and its not working.

Sorry for the confusion - I was looking for symbols here. ZB, I take it, would be one of the instruments?

Yes ZB, ZT,ZF - any of these would be a good start.
